At Scuba in Goa, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure a clear and transparent booking experience, we have outlined our cancellation policy for scuba diving, water sports, and adventure activity reservations.
Our Cancellation Charges
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the time remaining before your scheduled activity or tour date.
3 Days or More Before Travel
If you cancel your booking at least 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled travel date, no cancellation charges will apply.
Cancellation Fee: 0% of the total tour cost.
1 to 3 Days Before Travel
If you cancel your booking between 24 and 72 hours before your scheduled travel date, a cancellation charge will apply.
Cancellation Fee: 40% of the total tour cost.
Less Than 24 Hours Before Travel
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your scheduled activity or tour, the full tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fee: 100% of the total tour cost.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your reservation, please contact our booking team through the official WhatsApp number used during your booking. Share your booking confirmation details, registered name, and scheduled activity date.
Our team will review your cancellation request and inform you about the applicable charges and any eligible refund based on the cancellation policy.
Please note that cancellation requests are subject to the time at which they are received by our booking team.
Refund Information
If your booking qualifies for a refund, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting the applicable cancellation charges from the total tour cost. Any amount already paid will be considered when determining the refund due.
For bookings affected by adverse weather conditions or operational restrictions, please contact our team to discuss the available options, including possible rescheduling or refunds where applicable.
